- We only ship within
the U.S. Due to the high cost of shipping overseas for packages
that often get lost, and all the special handling and paperwork involved,
we regret that we can not accept orders from outside the U.S.
- Shipping prices:
We do not set shipping rates - UPS does, so if you'd like to complain
about them please go to www.UPS.com and let them know. Our $3 handling
charge doesn't even cover the cost of getting out packages, and we
charge that handling price whether you order 1 item or 40. If you
only order 1 small item, the s/h will incur the minimum UPS rates,
which begin around $7 and go up from there. It is far better to order
larger items or multiple items to get your s/h $$-worth. Also, we
ONLY ship by UPS as we are in a rural location and the nearest post
office is a 30-mile round trip. Thanks for your understanding.
- Rush orders: Please
note all rush orders must be called in. Average charge for UPS 3-Day
Select is $19-$21; and average charge for 2nd Day Air by UPS is $24-$28..
We do not offer overnight service, sorry. Generally we ship your order
the next business day after receiving it, altho if your order is received
in the a.m. on a week-day, it is often shipped out the same day. (Please
remember we are on West Coast time so do not call us at 6 a.m. our
time, thanks.) We appreciate
your business and want your package to arrive as soon as possible.
We will make every effort on our end to see that happen!
- Incorrect Address:
Please doublecheck
the shipping address you give us, and be sure to include an apartment
or unit number if that applies. UPS charges $5 for an incorrect address
and that will be charged to your card if the address you give us is
incomplete or faulty.
- Checking on Orders--Folks,
we are not Amazon.com with expensive software that automatically checks
on orders for you. We have to do it by hand and it is time-consuming.
We do not accept these kinds of calls on our expensive 800 number!!!
When you order online, once we have shipped your order you will receive
an emailed UPS confirmation of shipping with expected date of delivery
and tracking info, IF you have given us your correct email
address.The email will be from "Quantum View," whch is UPS-generated.
If you still need our help after that, just give us an email and we
will respond quickly.
